CASTING |
|||
The basis of foundry are precision casting by
investment castings (including vacuum PCIC for complicated items, such
as turbine rotors and nozzle assemblies made of superalloys) and
non-ferrous casting from aluminum- and magnesium-based alloys (wall
thickness up to 6 mm, diameter up to 1200 mm, casting techniques:
pressure casting, die casting in permanent-mould casting or to the
ground). Press forging is ensured by universal and dedicated modern equipment which enables to produce extruded blanks, rolled-up and hot formed blank ranging up to 200 mm and weight up to 20 kg, with surfaces not requiring machining or with minimum allowances for machining. Heat treatment has a wide set of equipment to complete all types of preliminary and hardening heat treatment, die quenching, vacuum and salt-bath hardening, induction hardening, gas carburizing, casehardening with carbon, aluminizing, ethylsulfunization, nitriding, cold treatment and others.Applicable in production processes are various types of soldering and welding, including aluminum and magnesium parts, various galvanized, paint and varnish coatings.
